We're Gaining Ground!

[UPDATE #2] As of 7:30 AM, the Penguins have taken the lead and it's now Penguins = 51% with 1484 votes and Oilers = 49% with 1446 votes!! Way to rally Pens Nation -- KEEP IT UP - there's one more day to go!!

Since my last post on icethetics.com Pens / Oilers center ice design championship, it appears that were gaining on them!! The last I checked (9/2/08 @ 11:50 PM), Oilers = 51% and Penguins = 49% (needing only 33 votes to tie)!!

[UPDATE] the Pensblog is reporting more recent results that now how the Pens in a dead even heat with the Oilers!! In their words, "If there is one thing us Pens fans know how to do, it is comeback from the depths of hell. Down huge yesterday, we have almost completed the stunning comeback."

I just tried voting again (even viewing the results), but nothing would register, so I'm not sure what's going on -- maybe Pens Nation has overloaded the polls!!

Keep voting your little hearts out, Pens Nation!! WE CAN DO THIS!
