TSN.ca is reporting that Detroit signed Ty Conklin to a 1-year deal worth $750,000.
Conklin was a great goalie and good guy. We have alot to thank Ty for in the previous season. He saved us while Fleury was out. I appreciated the way he took Fleury under his wing and guided him to become the great goalie we all know he can be. He'll definitely be missed!
