I HATE Afternoon Games

I especially HATE afternoon games that they lose!!!!!!!!

It's been very frustrating watching these past few games, so I'm certain the players are pretty aggravated too, but I'm not going to dissect and analyze everything wrong with what they're doing nothing different - mostly the PP). These losses don't make them a bad team and it still isn't the end of the world (it's not that they're giving up - it just happens to be really shitty and the other team has have wanted it just a little bit more than the Pens) and why I haven't really been saying much about them!!

I really thought that they would turn it around after Fleury stopped the penalty shot against Lecavalier (those are the points that are usually credited with momentum shifts), but there was no stopping the Bolts today.

I think that Lecavalier and St. Louis have been playing with something to prove especially with their recent snub by the Canadian Olympic hockey team which allows the rest of the team to follow suit and makes it pretty hard to defend against alot of times - a man on a mission to defend is most nearly impossible to deny. A good goalie playing well doesn't hurt either!

BEST PART THOUGH, Bill Guerin's goal ... take THAT Team USA!!! AND Fleury's save ... yep, Team Canada did make a good choice (maybe they need to think hard about who to start though!)!!

Let's just chalk them up to a holiday hangover / slump and leave it at that, OK?!!! Now if this continues for an extended period of time, then there will be cause for concern, but not just yet (look at the standings, the Penguins are a quality team).
