Detroit Free Press is reporting that Zigomanis has been given medical clearance to play beginning Thursday, if he's needed and that the Penguins coaching staff have given it some consideration even though it's not likely.
"I think anybody would love it," he said yesterday. "I’d like to get back. It’s kind of tough watching all year."
