Sydor's Replacement Isn't Happy Here Either

Philippe Boucher seems to be following suit with that of the player he was traded for (Sydor). It seems that Boucher is not happy with how much he's scratched from the lineup. More recently, he's been sidelined with an undisclosed injury that TIOPS is reporting to be a groin injury.

I like Boucher and I don't think he's as bad of a defenseman as everyone makes him out to be, but he had to have some clue that he wouldn't be getting any great amount of ice time with the Penguins depth in defense (plus the fact that Sydor's main reason for wanting traded was because he wanted to play more).

According to TIOPS, Boucher "has privately demanded a trade. Therrien and Boucher had a sit down last week with Boucher expressing his displeasure with not playing. The meeting did not get Boucher back in the lineup."

2 for 1, Boo & Whit, for St. Louis.

Could happen. Not that I'm all that eager to get rid of either.

Could we do a three-way-deal with Atlanta that brings St. Louis and Colby here?! A girl can dream, right?

I'm keeping the hope alive. :)
