The NHL has handed Tyler Kennedy a one-game suspension without pay for coming off the bench and instigating a fight with Luke Schenn based on Rule 70.2 which states: “A player who has entered the game on a legal line change... who starts an altercation may be subject to discipline ...”.Kennedy will miss the game against the Canadiens tomorrow and will be eligible to play on February 4th against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
