Yesterday, the Penguins announced that they re-assigned Jeff Taffe and Connor James to their AHL affiliate in Wilkes-Barre / Scranton.
Tim Wallace, who was recently called up last Tuesday, remains on the NHL roster which I think says alot about what the coaching staff thinks of him and probably want to see a bit more.
At this rate, all the AHL players in the Pens system will be getting a try at some point this season which isn't necessarily a bad thing - the depth runs deep!
