The Penguins webpage just confirmed this by posting it on the official webpage ... its a one-year / two-way contract (paying him $550,000 at the NHL level).
Not much information confirming this but according to CapGeek.com, the Penguins resigned Chris Conner for another year ($550,000 at the NHL level).
