Malkin will not be in tonight's lineup against the Devils; he skated prior to this morning's skate, but didn't feel comfortable enough to be in tonight's game

"That's the case," Bylsma said when asked if Malkin would be out. "He is still day-to-day. He was not able to get on the ice today."

"He was trying to skate and get on the ice and deal with it," Bylsma said. Hopefully tomorrow he will be in (the lineup)."
