[UPDATE] 3:57 p.m. Orpik wants 22.5 million over 6 years from the Penguins. I'm told he has declined a offer from Atlanta and the Thrashers have now signed defenseman Ron Hainsey. Ottawa is the team I'm hearing that has made a late offer worth 4.25 million.
